QualityPro Canada is a certification program designed to increase professionalism of the pest management industry; stimulate consumer demand through increased confidence and a higher public perception of industry professionalism; create common sense, quality industry standards; and provide marketing opportunities to participating companies by recognizing their commitment to excellence and higher performance standards. This designation is for a company, not an individual.
 

Being certified gives you a nationally recognized edge over non-certified companies. In addition, QualityPro provides certified companies with the resources they need to hire smartly and upgrade professionalism through the training and education of service technicians and sales personnel.
 

The QualityPro Standards are built around the four key principles of Business Operations, Consumer Relations, Environmental Stewardship, and Technician Training. The QualityPro certification is designed to be feasible, affordable, and useful for every company in the pest management industry.
 

The program is open and obtainable to CPMA or NPMA member companies of all sizes.
